Amanda Zinn

Amanda C. Zinn has over 25 years experience in business and economic development. Currently, she is the President & CEO of eCubed (Essential Entrepreneurial Expertise), an organizational and entrepreneurial development consulting firm. Before launching eCubed, Ms. Zinn was the CEO of Women Entrepreneurs of Baltimore, Inc. (WEB) for 12 years where she was responsible for strategic planning, board development, fund development, program design and evaluation, media relations and public policy and advocacy. Prior entrepreneurial endeavors included owning a full-service retail flower market in Baltimore’s premier retail tourist destination, Harborplace, and a business development consulting firm. Ms. Zinn has performed work for several economic development / revitalization groups in the business development arena. She is very active in the community serving on numerous boards and committees, notably the immediate past Chair of the Association of Women’s Business Centers, a national organization which provides professional development services and advocacy for our country’s 103 women’s business centers and Vice Chair of the Baltimore City Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Zinn was a founding Board member and Past President of the Microenterprise Council of Maryland, a statewide association of microenterprise development practitioners. Ms. Zinn is the recipient of numerous honors and awards, including Woman of the Year, Women in Business Advocate of the Year, Welfare to Work Advocate of the Year, Maryland’s Top 100 Women and Top Contributor to the Baltimore City Economy, to name a few. She has traveled widely to consult on launching entrepreneurial development programs in Jamaica, Kenya, South Africa, Jordan and Egypt.
