She has been the Program Director at MND for four years prior to be elected by the MND Board as the Executive Director in 2007. A program that promotes self-sufficiency by helping single heads of household to discover their career potential and find employment
Second Chance
A comprehensive employment program for previously incarcerated by helping them to deal with their barriers to employment and identify career paths and employment opportunities leading to full-time, self-sustaining employment
Career Focus
Provide professional career counseling and job search tools to people in transition for successful entry into satisfying and self-sustaining employment, a fee-for-service program.
