The mission of Baltimore Outreach Services, Inc is to provide housing, jobs and education to impoverished women and children in Baltimore City. BOS provides comprehensive services beginning with emergency shelter. Current Services and programs include a 40 bed emergency shelter for women and children, five transitional houses, an outreach program for prior shelter residents, Pre-GED classes, parenting and financial management classes, a jobs program and culinary arts training. Services and programs for children include a Pediatric nurse and therapist for children and after school and summer programming.

Baltimore Outreach Services, Inc. programming includes education, family & children, health, housing, homeless services, job training, and literacy & tutoring.
